I was again extremely pleased with the service dept response to an emergency occurring while driving. I called my assigned service manager.,,but he was out ill! Notwithstanding, he helped me diagnose t response to an emergency occurring while driving. I called my assigned service manager.,,but he was out ill! Notwithstanding, he helped me diagnose the issue, calmed my nerves and advised me to go to the dealership. He called in and arranged the needed service, connected me with an onsite manager and I was again on my way, relived, in less that 2 hours. This is especially noteworthy, since I had 3 very important appointments spread all over the metropolitan area, with over 150 miles to cover. Thank you, again, Crest Service Department! More
