I service my CTS consistently at this dealership and overall happy with the service, Brent did great job with my recent service and flat tire. However, they need to work on the overall communication/coordination since originally my car was assigned to Monica who was actually out of the office for a week and a half, not sure how that happened which caused some confusion and delays until Brent took over. Another issue they need to work on, lack of loaner cars when it is truly an emergency such as flat tire. More

My first service experience did NOT go well. I made an appointment for my first oil change and tire rotation and a paint coat. The service would take at least a day so I requested a loaner. They told me I would have to wait a couple of days to schedule the appointment so they could have a loaner car available. So I drove all the way into the dealership for my scheduled appointment, they told me it would take a bit to get my loaner car. After about 20 they told me there were 3 other people before me still waiting for a car, so it would be a long time. I told them I couldn’t wait any longer and I needed to get my car back. I had appointments I had to make. THE LOANER CAR WAS NOT AVAILABLE FOR 2 days!!! So I had to drive back in again!! I asked a couple of people to take my husbands name and phone number off the the account because i will be the one driving the car and taking care of it and it did not happen. They still sent the service review to my husbands cell phone. I looked to see if there was another dealer I could take my car to, but it was all the way down in Dallas. I hope the service gets better. More
