Serviceman ordered work that he did not get authorized by me. This cost me close to to $1400. Robbery! Told me it was a leak, turned out he had them replace my entire shock. Robbery! When I got there they told me I would get a loaner vehicle. It took so long to get the loaner that I had to leave and go back to work. I called later that day and the next two days trying to get a loaner vehicle and was given the run around. Finally they offered me one 3 days later. Never mentioning my efforts or apologizing for not responding. More

I service my CTS consistently at this dealership and overall happy with the service, Brent did great job with my recent service and flat tire. However, they need to work on the overall communication/coo overall happy with the service, Brent did great job with my recent service and flat tire. However, they need to work on the overall communication/coordination since originally my car was assigned to Monica who was actually out of the office for a week and a half, not sure how that happened which caused some confusion and delays until Brent took over. Another issue they need to work on, lack of loaner cars when it is truly an emergency such as flat tire. More
