Poor service and not competent. Logan (he service adviser and shop manager) provided an erroneous diagnostic on my car and installed a 900.00 part that didn't resolve the problem as Logan (he service adviser and shop manager) provided an erroneous diagnostic on my car and installed a 900.00 part that didn't resolve the problem as he said it would He demanded that I was responsible for the cost. I challenged him regarding the part he installed that didn't fix the issue. He then told me, "To fix my car, it would cost 3600.00 based on what his tech told him. His cost quickly went from 900.00 to 3600.00. I was trying to give Logan the benefit of the doubt and trust his assessment. I told him I would circle back later to get the job done; however, I was not going to pay for that 900.00 parts that his said would fix the problem, but it did not. He continued to pressure me demanding that I was responsible for the 900.00 cost. I told him I would report him to his manager if he continued to pressure me about paying for a service that did not resolve the issue. He said to me, "go right ahead in addition to telling me this conversation is not going anywhere. He disrespected me as a 62-year-old and Logan showed no respect for me as his elder nor for a long-time customer by auguring with me and telling me that I was a problem customer just because I challenged him regarding the poor service he rendered. He then abruptly told me my car would be sent to the wash and will be waiting for me to pick up. Logan gets a 1 star and I hope his manager James sees this message. I was charged 214.00 that I demand back because Logan and his team did not perform a proper diagnostic to determine what was initially going on with car. Apparently, they just slapped a part on with accessing identifying the real problem first More

On April 23rd I took our 2024 Lyriq to Crest for its first maintenance - which they set at the time of purchase last October. Within 1 minute, Greg said "you're good to go - there are no recalls or diag first maintenance - which they set at the time of purchase last October. I responded that I knew that from the Cadillac app, and asked “don’t you rotate / balance tires, check fluids, etc.?” Greg replied "maybe at 12-15K miles", but that wouldn't be included in the complimentary first service. I drove away. I was subsequently called by a manager, who set up an appointment to perform the other initial service items, including tire rotation. When I arrived for the appointment, Greg asked "what brings you in today?", to which I asked, "don't you have the appointment items to be performed?". My wife and I chose to purchase the Lyriq from Crest. Based on our experiences with Crest's service, we will take the Lyriq to another Cadillac dealer for service and will not recommend Crest to anyone. We love the Lyriq, but service after the sale requires the dealer to have a service mentality, which we don't believe Crest has. My wife and I called Crest to ask about a service not performed related to a dent claim. During the call with Greg, I asked if he would transfer the call to the service manager, to which he replied, "you're speaking with him". We knew that was untrue or at least knew that the person who called to set the second appointment represented he was the manager, which was definitely not Greg. More
