Best Experience, price, process and customer service Ive been shopping for my first car to finance in the town of Clarksville for a whole week. After going through so many dealerships and was completely unhappy the way many of them decided to treat me as a first time buyer. I had in mind a selection of cars I'd be interested in and the first stop was Gary Matthews Kia. They quickly wanted to run my credit and as soon as I said I don't have a co-signer he stated "You're not military nor have a co-signer, we can't do anything for you". Complete turn down. Wyatt Johnson Mazda had lost there mind quoting me $576 at 72/m on a $24K car which is easily over $41K. Wyatt Johnson Honda sold the specific car we were working on a deal with the next day without calling me about my approval, horrible customer service. Which brings me to Crest Honda with Nate Allen, who change my experience buying my first car around. I called Crest and they got me together with him as my salesman over the phone. We have never met and from the beginning her apologized for the uncomforting experience I have been going through everyday for a week, but assured me that he could make this a stress-free process. I checked their website for cars and found the one I really liked and he held the car for me. Nate followed up with me throughout the day and the days leading to me driving almost a hour there to make the deal. I didn't have to negotiate because the car was priced better then 3 websites stated its worth. It was loaded with features and accessories I really wanted for an great price. Once I got there, he had an amazing attitude, character and represented the dealership very well. His hospitality was far beyond any salesman I've dealt with. As My best friend, his wife, their baby and myself waited, he had made us Smores and even brought over some toys for the baby to have and to play with. I was even willing to record a video for him there stating how satisfied I was, for his online blogging. THIS IS HOW ALL SALESMAN AND DEARLSHIP'S BUSINESS SHOULD RUN... The reason for my visit to Crest was to purchase a car for my daughter's graduation. Having picked out a car that I thought she would love, I was still ambivalent. We came up with a plan for my aunt to bring my daughter in under the guise that my aunt needed a new car and upon meeting them, Nate would ask my daughter for a second opinion for a family in the same situation as us and asked as a young female, if she would love the car the imaginary Becca's family had picked out for her but were unsure about. The ruse went off without a hitch. My daughter LOVED the car and told Nate so in no uncertain terms. My daughter and aunt left the lot and went shopping and my husband and I showed up to make the purchase. Nate and the finance team had us in and out in time to have the car home and in the driveway to COMPLETELY surprise her when she got home from shopping. It was a wonderful experience and I was so blessed to have found a salesperson who was willing to play along with our farce to make our purchase a complete success and we were able to leave knowing our daughter would be both happy with the car and still surprised when she got it. Everyone at Crest Honda in the sales team, management and finance were all SO nice, friendly, and totally accomodating. So refreshing. Thanks Nate and Crest Honda. More

Shady to say the least I bought an as is car paid cash and that was the beginning of my problems I bought a used Ford Focus and if i knew then what I know now i never would I bought an as is car paid cash and that was the beginning of my problems I bought a used Ford Focus and if i knew then what I know now i never would have walked on the lot. Seeing it was as is bought a small warranty. I know those salesmen must know what the condition of the used cars are so they can still make a sale. To put it all in a nut shell the car stopped after 2 days i am out of 1225 dollars and the warranty could not be used and they told me I may not be able to use it. I have never even got a call back to ask me about the car but it's ok I have steered a couple of potential customers to other places. I will never recommend Crest Honda to any one except to not go More

The price that they gave us was well below what we expected and there was no negotiation involved. Honestly, our experience couldn't have been better. Unfortunately, we liked a Nissan model better, so we eventually purchased from a competing dealership. Our experience there was absolutely terrible and we wished that we could have given Crest Honda our business. Whenever we are in the market for another car, we will return! More
I bought my very first new car today. I went in with the "i just wanna look" mentality. As soon as i arrived, i was greeted and made to feel welcomed. Michi was so laid back, honest, accommodating, and did all she could to work the numbers in a way that i couldn't resist. I traded in my 2003 CRV for a brand new Honda Civic EX...AND was able to negotiate a 2% interest rate. I had previously gone to Action Nissan, they tried to give me 500$ for my CRV and tried to sell me the Juke with a 8% interest rate...talk about low-balling! Michi at Honda will definitely receive my business again. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! Forget Carmax...Crest is the way car-buying should be!!! More

They are friendly but are rip offs. They say they will do things then go Completly against it. This place will not keep their word. I bought a truck and they state the price on the vehicle is no haggle and all dealer ship fees are included but then they tried too charge me 4000 over the sticker price. I had to get them to clean it twice on the inside and it was still dirty. The truck had scratches all over it and they stated they would buff them out and touch up the paint and detail it if I could bring it back in a few days. So I did and when I got it back the truck wasn't even washed. And the scratches are still there. I was told that there wasn't enough in the truck for them to do it and if I wanted the paint redone I would have to pay for it. So I payed 17000 for the truck and spent $50 in gas to come back when I can just do what was done my self for less. I would not recommend them to any one. More
Was waited on by Wayne Fismer and had a great experience. He was unlike alot of salesman trying to force you to buy it, but took the time and got me the best deal on the car.
