I’ve worked in the automotive industry over 20 years, purchased numerous vehicles from franchise dealers & mom/pop. This was by far the worse car buying experience. We had been working w|Daniel Kanu, submitted all documents requested, get to the dealership March 29 around 3pm and didn’t leave until after 10pm. (Loan still not secured, as the lien holder was requesting 3 months statements) Daniel let us leave with the vehicle, as we caught a Lyft there thinking all was good! We drove the car an entire week, connected Daniel with my w/my husband’s employer and was told everything was okay,they had everything needed. Daniel proceeds to tell us come in today (April 6) for signatures. After waiting over an hr, Daniel calls us into the office to say the bank was requesting an additional $2000 down! We paid $1500 down March 29, also purchase insurance. Sum: after speaking with Tim Walker, we discovered no additional money was needed, the bank just needed more financial info, which Daniel could’ve have mentioned. He had us drive from Dallas to Frisco with personal belongings In the car, assuming we were there just to sign. Tim and the finance manager tried their best to work in the deal but we eventually had to leave the car until. My complaint is not the info the lien holder is requesting. It’s the inconvenience of time , effort and embarrassment. Crest is a luxury car dealer & every customer should receive honest & exceptional service. More

Purchased a 2023 QX60 sensory edition in December and it has been back to the shop three times for issues related to Apple Car play connection and system feature that seem to go out periodically. Surprised the audio system doesn’t support surround sound optimal listening unless it’s powered by Apple Car Play. Service has tried to remedy the issues but they keep resurfacing. It will be the last Infinity for me. More

I bought a vehicle from Brandon De Soto in October 2023. He assured me that all their used vehicles are serviced to ensure they are safe and ready to drive off the lot. Mine was neither. When I arrived He assured me that all their used vehicles are serviced to ensure they are safe and ready to drive off the lot. Mine was neither. When I arrived home a low battery indicator came on. When I notified Brandon he offered to replace it, but after driving it an hour to Frisco my service representative Blake told me my battery was healthy. When I asked what the age of the battery was he said he did not have that information. I brought my vehicle to my service shop and was told I absolutely need a new battery ($350). The first time I went to fuel my vehicle the gas would not pump because I needed a new charcoal canister/ fuel evaporative canister ($585). I was told the vehicle has been serviced and had an oil change when it arrived at Credt. However, I ALSO needed an oil change within two weeks of purchasing my vehicle ($100). I recommend getting a diagnostic on any used vehicle you are considering from Crest Infiniti before purchasing and do not trust that it will be safe or ready to drive off their lot. More
