We decided to purchase a QX50 Infiniti. We decided to try Crest Infiniti. We worked Jibril Holman. I had purchased a QX60 from Grubbs Infinti in August 2020. Crest Infiniti was the total opposite of Grubbs. Jibril was an excellent, professional salesman. He listened to what we wanted and was extremely patient. We keep going back and forth between models. He never used pressure sales tactics. We worked out the purchase with Jibril very quickly. He was honest and worked with us to get a great deal on our vehicle purchase. Financing went smooth and quick. After purchase, Jibril took the time to go over all the features of the vehicle. He went above and beyond for us. I will definitely be back to Crest Infiniti to purchase another vehicle from Jibril. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Took my car in for an oil change and to check on a heating/AC issue. My advisor Alan was very thorough, curteous and got me in and out with a loaner. The next day he informed me they could not duplica heating/AC issue. My advisor Alan was very thorough, curteous and got me in and out with a loaner.
