They are extremely slow at everything they do. The average time for an oil change is 3 hours, to check a battery is 2 days, and this last time to change a tire and do a rotation was 4.5 hours. They always lie and say it will only take an hour and a half so I decide to wait. Then they waste my entire day and they don’t communicate with you on timelines either. I always have to be the one to follow up with them. Terrible customer service. More
