The service center was fine. However, the lady that set my appointment did not get the information correct. I was bringing my car in for a zagtec and oil change/15,000 mile check However, the lady that set my appointment did not get the information correct. I was bringing my car in for a zagtec and oil change/15,000 mile check up. I was very clear about what I needed when I made my appointment. We confirmed for Saturday, and when we went to drop off the car we were told that it would be a two day service because the zagtec couldn’t be done and ready that same day since we were doing the oil change and 15,000 mile service. Now we have to make another appointment and take the car back. I just wish she would have known those two services would require two days and reserved a loaner car. It’s not exactly convenient to come back a second time, but it’s not the end of the world either. More

I’ve done business with Crest for at least 10 years. I will probably never buy a car from anyone else ever again. I messed up and bought an Escalade from Frank Kent. They are the worst. I bring our Esca I will probably never buy a car from anyone else ever again. I messed up and bought an Escalade from Frank Kent. They are the worst. I bring our Escalade to Crest for everything.
