DJ Johnson was very personable, honest and provided us with a ZERO PRESSURE experience. He has had extreme patience with me as I am slow to pull the trigger on all purchases. This is something we have never experienced before in the purchase of a car. DJ and Crest Infiniti gave us a great price for a new car and also gave us a very fair trade of our old vehicle. We are extremely happy. DJ Johnson took the time to explain all the interior and exterior features including what my maintenance and other factors looked like and pulled up the car with the options I was looking for and showed me from a driver and passenger perspective the feel of the car. He encouraged me while Test Driving the QX60 to try the safety features without being afraid and made sure I was satisfied with the car and choice. He geared me towards making a decision that I was unsure of between another Make and Infiniti. Anyone looking to buy a new Infiniti, I strongly recommend to reach out to Crest Infiniti and specifically Mr. DJ Johnson as their Sales Person. DJ helped me purchase a great car! When I walked into crest I was only intending to test drive a car. Buying a BMW was my first choice but the dealership was not able to get the payme When I walked into crest I was only intending to test drive a car. Buying a BMW was my first choice but the dealership was not able to get the payments down low enough for the car of my choice. The Infiniti Q50 was my second choice. DJ was my salesman, I believe everything happens for a reason and I'm so glad he was the person assisting me. I was so pleased to find out he was a fellow veteran. During the test drive he was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and very professional. Once returning to the dealership, he without force, helped convince to buy the car. I didn't want to pay the asking down payment and DJ was able to get that lowered to something I was happy, with as well as getting a payment that was perfect for me. I'll admit I wasn't in the best mood that day, but DJ was so pleasant and helpful during the whole process. It wasn't until the next day I was able to really see all the features he was explaining the car had. I've had my car for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it. I am so happy with my choice to go with infiniti. DJ has texted me several times after buying my car, to check on me (because I was sick), and to make sure I was still pleased with my purchase.
