My 2014 Qx60 has always been serviced at Infiniti Dealerships. It was earlier being serviced at Grubbs and since last 7-8 years it has been serviced and/or repaired by Crest Infiniti in Frisco. However, in 2024 I had air bag lights blink and I took it to Crest Infiniti. They kept the vehicle for over a week and called me it is fixed and to come and pick it up. I went and I was handed a $1000+ bill and was told, the sensors were changed but another part needs to be installed and it is on backorder. I was also told by the Service Advisor that I need not pay anything and just need to pay one time $1039 something, so when the part arrives, they will just install and air bag issue will be fixed. After following up for 9 months and escalating to Infiniti, the part arrived and I get a call that I would again need to pay $1832 plus labor on the part. I asked why wasn't I told about this earlier and then Service manager says, it is in notes but I said I was not told. He simply declined and said you pay and we can fix else nothing can be done. I mean it is an old car, fine, but air bag is life safety feature given by Infiniti and they are not ready to take responsibility of a faulty part that cannot go bad based on wear and tear. This is unacceptable and I wanted to voice it out. So voicing out here and other platforms hoping, someone from Infiniti or Crest can help resolve. More

I am 100% satisfied with the service provided at Crest Infinity. My car is really good taken care, plus they make me feel welcome and special. We dropped the car off on a Monday AM and was told it would take a day & a half. My daughter was leaving Tuesday night. We called for updates but only got it’s in the works. When I called the main # I would take a day & a half. My daughter was leaving Tuesday night. We called for updates but only got it’s in the works. When I called the main # I was told work had not started yet. We were also told we needed a new tire as the nail was in the side wall of tire. Since they hadn’t started on the car we picked it up. Also, nail nowhere near sidewall. We took the car to a different service place where my daughter lives. Easy, inexpensive patch all that is needed on the tire. The steering issues seemed to have resolved. We most likely won’t be bringing the car for service at Crest again. So disappointed. I’m hesitant to bring my other Infiniti back to Crest after this experience. We’ve never had issues like this. Normally, we get great service at Crest. We are an Infiniti family & we have purchased numerous vehicles from Crest. This is a first for us but so disappointed in this service visit. More
