Tanner is a professional / knowledgeable service representative. You (Derick) indicated that what the technicians advised was correct (noise from brakes, reversing are deemed as normal). It was advised that all Altima’s have that noise. I’ve test driven them and they don’t. I was given a Nissian Maximum SR and provided videos of the noise not being present in comparison to my 2022 Nissan Altima SR. Nissian, Crest location doesn’t appear to care about the safety of the customer. A braking system is nothing to mess around with. If the brake booster gives out that won’t be good. The noise is coming from the brake booster, yet it’s advised it passing safety check so nothing your location is willing to do. Nissan charges all this money for their vehicles but doesn’t ensuring the safety of their customer is care for. I spoke with Executive Office / Manufacturer and they are using your notes and are not looking further to the diagnosis of the vehicle. This is unexceptable. I’ll continue to remain professional / respectful but customers should “Buyer Beware” when looking into purchasing a vehicle from Nissan. Again, Tanner is amazing and explain things in great detail and remain professional through all the unforeseen circumstances. Nissan doesn’t back their product.
