The drop off and pickup a loaner car was very efficient. I also received a high quality loaner that was a newer model of my same vehicle. The communication was good as well. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! I was shopping online for a Jeep when I came across the one I had been looking for. I requested information online and Barry Pinlac was the salesman that contacted me. So now you must be wondering; How did it happen so fast? Why did I go from a Mercedes to a Volvo? Well it’s simple, Nancy listened, responded, and solved my pain points. I had no clue the XC60 had as much tech as it does, and it drives better than the GLE. After she shared all the features, we talked pricing. Again, Nancy listened, responded, and solved my pain points. I don’t have to tell you my previous Mercedes was expensive! Of course it was! But she sold me on the value of the Volvo XC60. From a better drive to AWD, and autonomous driving features to complimentary maintenance, Nancy proved the value by literally saved me a ton of money while giving me more!! Billy was polite, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and courteous throughout the process. He went above and beyond on showing us how to set up all the incredible amenities the 2021 XC60 comes with and when I had questions after the sale he IMMEDIATELY responded to my text to help me out.
