So far, I’ve found their service department to be great! I’ve had my car in a few times for general maintenance things. This last time, I decided to use their complementary pickup/drop off service. It’s a nice option, but appointment times were not adhered to. They had to delay my pickup time By an hour and did call to make sure it was ok. I said. I agreed but they didn’t arrive until 45 min after the new appointment time. This is fine if you work at home or won’t be going anywhere, but if you have a more rigid schedule and can’t wait for them, then it would be best not to use the valet service and just take your car in yourself.
