So far, I’ve found their service department to be great! I’ve had my car in a few times for general maintenance things. This last time, I decided to use their complementary pickup/drop off service. It’s a nice option, but appointment times were not adhered to. They had to delay my pickup time By an hour and did call to make sure it was ok. I said. I agreed but they didn’t arrive until 45 min after the new appointment time. This is fine if you work at home or won’t be going anywhere, but if you have a more rigid schedule and can’t wait for them, then it would be best not to use the valet service and just take your car in yourself. Everyone there, especially service advisor Lyn Ford, is exceptional. They go out of their way to make you feel as if you’re the only customer they have at present.
