Brandon from Crest Volvo reached out to me on 4/8 Wednesday afternoon as my lease was coming to to and end in a few months. He told me all the lease specials they were having including the pull ahead Wednesday afternoon as my lease was coming to to and end in a few months. He told me all the lease specials they were having including the pull ahead program that Volvo offers for their customers which allows them to get into a new vehicle sooner than the lease expiration date. When I told Brandon what my wife and I were looking for including payment, he set out quickly to get things in motion. I received a follow up call from the new car sales director Justin Wilcher to make sure all my questions were answered including reassurance that my business was top priority. Within hours I received pictures of a 2020 XC40 with all the things that my wife and I were looking for and nothing over the top as he knew price was important. He sent me over a quote as well including a breakdown of all numbers as transparency is priority to them. My wife and I reviewed everything and slept on it for a day. We called them Friday morning 4/10 to let them know we would be dropping off our current lease for turn in inspection and only had an hour. Justin and Brandon scheduled the inspection and had the XC40 that was selected up front ready to go for a test drive (which we took home for part of the afternoon to test out). We were in and out in 37 minutes!! We submitted our credit online and and decided to lease the new XC40. We came in at 5:15pm to sign paperwork with you the financial director Jeremy and officially take the new vehicle. Jeremy was so professional and kept everything simple with no over selling. We were done by 6:05 pm with keys in our hand to a clean and gassed up new XC40. My wife is happy and ecstatic on how easy it was and painless. I’m happy with the professionalism, pricing, and sincerity of the dealership. Before we left, the General Manager Duncan came out and thanked us for our repeat business and provided us his card. It’s nice to know in today’s world dealerships still believe in family and taking care of their customers as such. Thanks again Brandon, Justin, Jeremy, Duncan and all of Crest Volvo. More

Crest Volvo and my salesperson Brandon made my transition out of my leased 2017 XC60 into a lease of a 2020 XC60 very smooth. David Bulkeley was instrumental in helping me navigate sheer disaster (a car with a dead battery.) He made sure that the technicians were ready to start work on the car the second I drove in. With only one hour left before closing, everything was done and tested, work on the car was minutely explained, and paperwork handed to me. David even made sure the batteries of the two remote keys were changed. These are extraordinary circumstances, and we are all under added stress. Thank you, David, and Crest Volvo for having a grip on things at a time when nobody seems to know what will happen next. Never thought I would say this, but I'm almost happy when my car needs the expertise of this dealership. I get to be pampered again! I know we're supposed to keep the distance, so here's a virtual hug from a very happy customer! More
