My experience was the smoothest, worry-free I've ever encountered even with a four year old on my hip. From the moment I walked in the door, I was taken care of. The customer service I received was outstanding, and provided by Alycia Johnson, Scott Traylor, and the financial team. I was purchasing a used Cadillac and in between the time when I test drove the vehicle and signed all the paperwork the air conditioning stopped working. The dealership replaced the air compressor at their cost. In addition, since I was from out of town they put me up in a hotel until the next day when the car would be ready. Instead Ms. Johnson drove the car to my house and explained the paperwork and went over the car's features. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Whitney Fritzke handled my car financing and it went very smoothly. She explained everything clearly and met my expectations. She was cordial and was very helpful. Scott Traylor was my first contact with the dealership. He provided exceptional service as he negotiated the deal fairly and made all of the arrangements to close the deal. He was professional and was very responsive to my initial car inquiry and through to the final purchase. I would recommend the entire staff and this dealership to my friends. Do not buy from this dealership DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Three days after purchasing my vehicle I contacted the dealership and told them I wanted to cancel my warranty, to wh DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Three days after purchasing my vehicle I contacted the dealership and told them I wanted to cancel my warranty, to which they responded via text "Bring the car back or we will report it stolen". This was a huge strike one. I then contacted the sales manager who said via email that " the bank that financed the loan REQUIRES you to keep the warranty for 90 days". I contacted the bank and they said that is 100% false. Strike two. I then spent 2 weeks attempting to contact the GM who never returned my calls or emails. Strike 3. I have since reported them to the BBB and the attorney general. In addition to treating me like a criminal and blatantly lying to me, I never received a copy of my bill of sale. My co-signer lives out of state so they needed to FedEx all the documents to her and said I would receive the bill of sale after she sent them back and I am still waiting for those 2 months later! More
Worth the drive from Little Rock Great experience, I had be looking on line for a used car with certain options on it. They emailed me a quote based on photo's, we drove five hours from Little Rock and within a hour we driving home with the deal they quoted. I will check their web site next time I need to trade. More

No customer support I had a horrible experience with my new 2015 Volvo T5 Premier that I bought from Volvo of Dallas (Plano, Texas) in March. The car was presented to me I had a horrible experience with my new 2015 Volvo T5 Premier that I bought from Volvo of Dallas (Plano, Texas) in March. The car was presented to me as “loaded” - however I found out the next day that the odometer had 5,965 miles on it and the car had no navigation. The salesman was in a rush to close the sale and he did not mention that the car was a demo or service rental. When I asked him during the discussion if the car had a map, he answered “yes”. He also did not offer a test drive as it was late in the evening. The dealership refused to accept responsibility for these misrepresentations. The Volvo CEO did not bother to answer my letter, but his secretary called to say that Volvo's position does not change. All this in spite of the fact that the Premier trim includes navigation, although this car did not have it installed. Finally I was offered a compromise by which Volvo would pay for half of the cost of the navigation unit, the dealership would pay for the labor, and I would have to pay $900! All that for a car with a sticker price of $38,120! Shame on them! Noted that I have been a 45 year customer of Volvo, I bought several new cars from the same dealership before they changed ownership recently, and I bought several used Volvos for my children. I will never recommend to anybody to do business with this dealership, but if they insist on buying a Volvo, scrutinize the salesman and get every detail in writing. More
