The drop off and pickup a loaner car was very efficient. I also received a high quality loaner that was a newer model of my same vehicle. The communication was good as well. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! I was shopping online for a Jeep when I came across the one I had been looking for. I requested information online and Barry Pinlac was the salesman that contacted me. My husband and I drove over there (a 2-hour drive) to make the purchase and traded my other car in. Jeremy Hernandez in the finance department was great to work with as well. I filled out the application online and just had to finalize everything once we got all of the sales paperwork complete. The whole experience was excellent. In short, I reached out to Nancy via phone at 2:33 pm and was in Finance after work trading in my Mercedes Benz GLE for a XC60 T5 AWD Inscription! So now you must be wondering; How did it happen so fast? Why did I go from a Mercedes to a Volvo? Well it’s simple, Nancy listened, responded, and solved my pain points. I had no clue the XC60 had as much tech as it does, and it drives better than the GLE. After she shared all the features, we talked pricing. Again, Nancy listened, responded, and solved my pain points. I don’t have to tell you my previous Mercedes was expensive! Of course it was! But she sold me on the value of the Volvo XC60. From a better drive to AWD, and autonomous driving features to complimentary maintenance, Nancy proved the value by literally saved me a ton of money while giving me more!! She literally gave me no reason to not do the deal! As I said earlier, I AM IMPRESSED!! I am in love with my 2021 XC60 T5 AWD Inscription and I’m just so thankful for the great work of Crest Volvo and Nancy Shivers! More
