Not trustworthy My husband and I visited Crest Volvo in Plano just this past Thursday evening, October 11th 2018. Paul, the salesman, was very helpful, and we were al My husband and I visited Crest Volvo in Plano just this past Thursday evening, October 11th 2018. Paul, the salesman, was very helpful, and we were almost ready to purchase a 2018, Volvo S90. Our price offer was accepted, and all we needed was a written detailed description of the car containing all the features. Paul was not able to provide this written description of the car that evening, but promised he would certainly have it the following day. We scheduled an appointment for Friday at 11:30AM. Paul was happy to see us again, and said he will get us as the detailed car description with all the features the car has. My husband had to leave, and I waited in Paul's sales office for a while. Paul then came, and explained to me that Sam, the car sales manager, and he were not able to locate this detailed car description. I then explained, had I known that no detailed car description existed, I would not have returned the next day to purchase this car. They asked me to wait some additional time, and again, I patiently waited. All of a sudden, a big, tall man appeared, who I had never seen before, and explained to me that he was the final decision maker in this dealership . I believe his name was Chad. He impatiently said that I was totally unreasonable, too demanding, and just should go ahead and purchase this car without any written description. I simply said "no" that I couldn't t buy this car without the written description that was promised. He then forcefully removed the paperwork containing my total sales price that Paul, my salesman, had earlier given to me, and told me to get out of the dealership! I felt frightened, intimidated, and left the dealership, nearly crying, at the abominable way I had been treated. No one should experience such mishandling in a car dealership. Everyone is entitled to receive, in writing, a detailed car description that includes all the features a car has that one wishes to purchase.. More

Awesome experience! I purchased a 2018 xc90 here and Billy Delgado was amazing. Took good care of me and was patient and just all out a very nice person to work with. They gave me a fair value for my trade(2015 Durango) right off the bat which was a plus. The finance person Jeremy was awesome too and didnt try to pressure me into any extra products, but gave me all the info i needed and i did end buying a product at my own will. Made countless threats. Please avoid. This business has no integrity, and I will be filing a deceptive trade practice complaint against Jeremi Chapman and Crest Volvo with the Texas Attorney General.
