My company obtained a new company car for me from this dealer and the whole experience has been a disaster. The car took 2 weeks to clear for pick up, then once the car cleared for pick up I was told it c dealer and the whole experience has been a disaster. The car took 2 weeks to clear for pick up, then once the car cleared for pick up I was told it couldn't be picked up because the lighting harness was out but it would be ready first thing the next day. I drive all the way to dealer to learn they knew it wasn't ready and that they harness would be in this afternoon. They said they would deliver it to my house. After waiting until 3:30pm with no update and no car delivered I called the dealer again. This time I was told they didn't know and would check with service and call me right back. I waited for 1 1/2 and still no call back. I called them and they said the computer was out and that it would be Monday or later before it was ready. So no communication. Car is broken before I pick it up. I should have taken the Ford instead of this nightmare. I will never do business with this dealer again and I'd warn anyone else that might think to so either. Horrible communication and no solutions and no customer service. More

My wife and I really wanted to JUST LOOK at cars as we were still a month away from actually needing to buy one. Kevin was so friendly and not pushy, that we decided to give him our business that day. He went above and beyond to find exactly the car we wanted, and they gave us the car we test drove for 4 days until our car was driven off the truck. It was a terrific experience overall, we are glad Kevin is now our local dealer. More

I purchased a Used Volvo from this Dealership 8/09 for a Daughter. The A/C compressor went out and I am happy to say the 'Team' at this dealership worked together to help repair this with the amount of mone Daughter. We had not driven the car, only seen it in the local car show. Kevin was nice enough to visit with us and tell us about the programs available. We were interested in checking into leasing to see if it was an option. To get some of the information we had to have them look at our trade and give us a number so we could have a clear picture. The trade value is what made our ultimate decision on purchasing that evening. There was no sleezy sales tactics, they just wanted to make the sale. Ultimately we got great service and have offered the gentlemen who assisted us, a return of customer service help in purchases in our lines of business should they every need it. I will recommened them, personally and the volvo dealership to anyone I can. I would purchase another car with them anytime. More

Since the beginning of the year, my wife and I were trying to decide which vehicle to purchase next. Since my lease was coming up on my VW Jetta I want to find a car a step up but with similar features trying to decide which vehicle to purchase next. Both are great cars but for the power, price, features, safety and because of the great staff of Volvo of Dallas, Volvo quickly became our #1 choice. On 4/9/2011 my family and I visited Volvo of Dallas for the first time and we were quickly and professionally greeted at the door. We met with Marc Waitzman who took the time to explain every detail about the 2011 S40 T5 during our test drive. I believe Marc had us at “hello”. The only problem we had was the color combination we wanted. We wanted the Flamingo Red with dark interior and the Bliss option. Unfortunately, the dealership did not have this car on the lot. Marc promised that they would locate the vehicle and give us a call. Since Marc was going on vacation he left us in good hands with Kevin Kleine. Kevin was able to step right in and locate the exact vehicle we wanted with one exception – it had extra features that we did not expect. Because the vehicle took longer than excepted to be shipped from Oklahoma and there were only 2 cars left in the nation with the exact color and features we wanted, they allowed us to purchase this vehicle for the same cost of our original specification. This was allowed because of Volvo of Dallas commitment to customer satisfaction. During this process Curt Mills introduced himself to us and made the wait worthwhile. I could go on and on about this dealership. This is by far the best car buying experience I ever had! Thank you Marc, Kevin, Curt and everyone else that was involved! More

I did not feel pressured or manipulated as was my experience with previous car purchases at other dealerships. In fact, I was surprised at how quickly and easily Jeremy was able to complete the transaction and put me in my vehicle. I called to make sure a vehicle was in stock before I came in. They told me it was in stock but a few hours later when I got there they told me they sold it.
