Crest is the BEST!!!!! I went to Crest after a very bad experience at another car lot. Douglas Aaron was who I was told to ask for and he was God sent. He made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, showed me 6 vehicles and double checked all of the discounts and everything. I feel in love with a 2016 Volvo S60 T5 Inscription....low mileage and such an amazing deal!!! He could tell it was the one. Sam even worked with finance to get me in the car that day. And it was a different feeling...not pressure, just a genuine want to get me in the car I fell in love with. Well, as if it wasn’t amazing enough, I left it there and returned in 2 days. The insurance quotes were so expensive, I left and returned on Monday. They gave me insurance contacts and that was even nice. Numbers still not we’re i needed them to be and in walks Chad. He introduced himself and made me feel like family. He and the staff got me in the car that day!!!!! Even though it was later in the afternoon, Jorge and Micheal took their time explaining everything to me in detail about the finance and warranty part. Douglas showed me how to work all of the bells and whistles on the vehicle. He actually called me today to see how I was enjoying my new car!!!! Over the top professional service at its finest. I’ve been telling everyone about my awesome experience! Everything happens for a reason sometimes, the world gets away from genuine hospitality. I am so grateful for everyone there. Definitely apart of the family and will be back!!!! More
