I had a nail in my tire and I called to speak with service. I was placed on hold for more than 15 minutes! When the receptionist came back she stated she could not find a service representative. So I asked to be transferred to Davius Blackshire. Davius got on the phone with me, apologized for my having to be on hold for 17.30 minutes and got me on my way. This is just one of a few times I have had to I go to Davius for support. And he has always finds the right solution for my situation. I have purchased three cars from Davius since May of 2016. When I am ready for another car purchase Davius will be my "go to" man. More
