The dealership was clean and pretty. I wouldn't work with Nate Hall again. He is rude, condescending and over all doesn't know how to handle a customer. He is in customer service, so he should know better. When I was at the dealership the 1st time he told me that my trade wasn't worth (what data showed) to them. A day or two later tries to say he got more for my trade. I asked him why is it worth more now then when I was there before? He states honestly I have a quota at the end of this month and I am 2 deals away from that. Hopefully we can strike this deal today. He speaks to you as if he is superior to you. I explain to him that there is several fee that can be negotiated until pen hit the paper meaning everyone agrees with all terms and fees. I haven't put pen to paper, he tells me that all negotiations are over how are we moving forward? I do need to state that I do mass amount of research and I know what my rights are and how to make sure that not only the dealer is making money, that I am happy as well. Nate kept saying things like its just this amount more. Why is it ok for Nate as the sells rep say; that its only, but not ok as the consumer to say no that's not what I want? If I go through with this purchase I will not be finishing anything with Nate Hall. I am almost thinking to take my business else where with this type of treatment from Nate Hall. Please find someone with more experience on how to treat people. More
