It was an excellent experience I was looking to buy a second car and searched online for Buick Regals for several months while in Florida. I found one at Beachwood that had the mileage, options, color, turbo, and price I was looking for. It was actually an outstanding price. I contacted Paul Tapie' at the dealership and he provided me all the info I asked for. He arranged to meet my wife and I as we returned to Michigan from our stay in Florida. He responded quickly to the email messages I sent. He had the car washed and waxed and ready for our inspection. Paul didn't like the way the trunk had been cleaned and had it re-done - after we bought the car! We met several people at the dealership, including Scott Newman, General Sales Manager, Michael Hardin and several others, and they were all very friendly and personable. After agreeing to buy the car, they sent us off to have lunch while they got the paperwork ready and made another key for us. That was very thoughtful. I have since received 3 follow-up calls asking about my new car. I have bought many cars in my life and I was very impressed with the Collection Buick dealership. Their culture is one of pleasing the customer. I would recommend them without reservation. More

Terrible sales experience at this dealership I purchased a brand new 2013 Yukon Denali Hybrid from this dealership over 3 months ago and still do not have the title! They promised to mail it to I purchased a brand new 2013 Yukon Denali Hybrid from this dealership over 3 months ago and still do not have the title! They promised to mail it to me since I am out of state. First they told me to be patient, then they told me they'd look into it, then they told me there has been an "error". I have called GM Customer Care, which has been useless. No one seems to be trying to expedite the title and no one even calls me to give me updates. I can't get the truck inspected or pay taxes in my state. I actually think the truck was used, that they never had the title, and they sold it to me as a new truck and are trying to cover it up. I think this because it was dirty when I picked it up. I drove from out of state and did not realize how dirty it was until on my way home. The floor mats were stained with coffee or mud. They promised me a cargo mat and then told me once I got there they couldn't find one. Part of the rubber floor mats were missing. They did pay for me to have the truck cleaned locally after I complained. But they don't seem worried that they sold me a car (paid for in cash and trade in) without a title. All they cared about was whether I completed their customer survey and gave them all 5s. Since all other reviews of this dealership seem to be positive maybe they treat in-state customers better than out-of-state. I hope you have a better experience than I did. More
