Salesmen Ben was okay but the finance employee was shady with fees and lied to me about a tire plan cost. I went in for a oil change and tire rotation. In the past a tire rotation was included with the oil change. When it was time to pay at the cashier the total was more than I've ever paid and I had In the past a tire rotation was included with the oil change. When it was time to pay at the cashier the total was more than I've ever paid and I had a coupon. I asked why and was told that tire rotation is not apart of the oil change it was a separate fee. If I was told prior I would've had the option get the tire rotation or not. That will be my last time going to that dealership. Everytime I go it's always something and it's frustrating. Crestmont Hyundai is not as professional as it once were. More
