2 fair, there was a lack of communication, I was there for three hours for an oil change and tire rotation. After three hours I was told that they were doing a recall fix on my front camera and that is wh for three hours for an oil change and tire rotation. After three hours I was told that they were doing a recall fix on my front camera and that is what took so long. This was not communicated to me when I checked in. I did not know they were going to do that nor did I get any updates as I was sitting there. More

Front and rear differential service recommended on 23 genesis gv 70. Had rear done week previous, asked to have front done following week. Left car for service all day, picked up to find service on front genesis gv 70. Had rear done week previous, asked to have front done following week. Left car for service all day, picked up to find service on front differential not complete. Why? "Because it's not serviceable." Thats right, the manufacturer recommendeds service on a component thats not serviceable. Must be why they offered to take my car for the day to perform that service. Nonsense, and only one example of the total nonsense I've experienced at this location. More
