I recently bought a used car at another dealership and wanted my vehicle checked over, and the tires rotated. I had an appointment and was waiting. My oil change was scheduled for 12:15pm I arrived about 12:10pm and pulled in to the bay! After about an hr and 1/2 I inquired about how much longer and was told it wouldn't be much longer! Well I finally left at 4:07pm my oil change was paid for, but when I asked how long an oil change normally takes so I can prepare better next time I was told 1hr and 15min... well I was there long enough for 3 oil changes to be completed and feel as if I should've been compensated for the present oil change as well as the next two since the time I spent there was long enough for 3 oil changes to have been done! I was on my lunch break I ended up having to take a 1/2 day of vacation after being there for 4hrs and I had an appointment I could understand had I been a walk in and it took that long! Also feel as if someone should have been coming to be about the time it took instead of me having to inquire on my own! More
