Terrible service in the service department. I took my brand new car in because it was dead in my driveway. They claimed it just needed to be charged here. After two visits and dealing with corp I took my brand new car in because it was dead in my driveway. They claimed it just needed to be charged here. I was informed that my vehicle needed new tires, even though the tires are in good condition. I also felt I was overcharged for the services provided. I ultimately had to involve the service manager, Emi though the tires are in good condition. I also felt I was overcharged for the services provided. I ultimately had to involve the service manager, Emily, who was absolutely wonderful. She took care of everything and made sure the issues were resolved. I truly appreciate her professionalism and help, but it should not have had to escalate that far in the first place. More
