Had to sit 1 foot from a vending machine while waiting for 2 hours. Waiting area sub par to other dealerships. This was the absolute worst customer service I've ever received at a dealership for any car I've ever owned. I took my car in for routine service, an oil change, and a tire rotation on Saturday, February received at a dealership for any car I've ever owned. I took my car in for routine service, an oil change, and a tire rotation on Saturday, February 21st. Found out via text that I needed new rear brakes. I was in the waiting room at the dealership. I agreed via the app to replace the rear brakes. It took the girl from the service department 15 minutes to come out and tell me they didn't have any brakes on site, but could have them that afternoon. But they wouldn't be able to complete the work until Monday, and I would need to leave my car. They provided me with a loaner and forgot to put the license plate on the vehicle. I didn't discover the plate was missing until later that day, once I was home. This dealership is impossible to contact and actually talk to someone. I tried contacting them on Saturday night and got no one to answer. I was stuck without a car the rest of the weekend and all day on Monday. On Monday, I must have called the dealership two dozen times without anyone answering the phone, or when someone did, they were clueless about how to deal with the situation. Basically, they were like, "It's not my problem," and they would transfer me to another number where no one answered. I finally got in touch with the girl who was working on my car and was told it wouldn't be ready because they were missing the tools to replace my brakes. Seems odd that a Genesis/Hyundai service department would be missing tools to replace brakes. I told her about the missing plate, and she was apologetic and said she would have someone come out to my house and put a plate on the loaner either that night or on Tuesday morning. Needless to say, no one called or showed up on Monday night. The next day, I called the dealership in the morning and went through the same fiasco as the previous couple of days. Not able to reach anyone, getting people who didn't help, and being transferred to unanswered phones. I'm not even sure if they have voicemail; their phone system is terrible, and you don't know whether you can leave a message. I thought I was leaving messages, but I never received any callbacks. I finally got a hold of someone, and they were unaware of the missing plate or that anyone was supposed to come out to my house. They finally sent someone out to my house on Tuesday around 10:30 am. This person apologized, added the plate to my car, and said my car would be ready on Wednesday. Wednesday and Thursday came and went. I received no call or update on my car. I eventually filed a complaint with Genesis corporate, and they assigned me a case number. The caseworker from Genesis contacted me and said she was having trouble reaching the service department on Friday. She didn't resume working on the case for me until Monday. This dragged on for several more days, and I finally got a text on Wednesday, March 4, at around 5:00 pm that my car was done and ready for pick up. Again, no one called me to talk to me or provide additional information on how late I could pick up my car. I tried contacting several times on Wednesday after receiving the text, but no one answered. I went in on Thursday, returned the loaner, and picked up my car. When I went to the service department, no one asked if I had any questions or even apologized for the lack of customer service or delays. I will never bring my car back to Genesis of Brunswick, and I will never purchase anything from them. I am highly disappointed in how I was treated and expected a higher level of service as a Genesis owner. I wish I had read the Google reviews for Genesis of Brunswick before taking my car in for service. The reviews are horrible and pretty much say everything that I experienced was the norm there. I will also tell others to stay away from them. For the amount of money I spent on this service, it would have been nice to be kept updated and to actually talk to someone. More

Car was in For oil change/tire rotation and a few recalls. Heated seats weren't plugged back in and had to bring my car back up after talking to the GM. When dropping car off to fix seats, waited a good bit of time for what should have been an easy and quick drop off. Problem was fixed fast but having to drive back and forth to the dealership for something that shouldn't have happened was frustrating. More
