I spent practically an entire day at the dealership purchasing my Hyundai Kona. I was patient throughout the entire process and never complained, even though buying a car can be a long, exhausting experience. Terry was attentive while making the sale, which I appreciated. What disappointed me was what happened after the sale. When it came time for my first oil change, I reached out to Terry to ask if there was any way he could help me out with a complimentary service. He explained that the promotion had ended in 2025, and I understand businesses have policies. My issue isn't that the promotion ended—it's that there was no effort whatsoever to take care of a customer after the deal was done. After spending thousands of dollars on a vehicle and giving Terry my business, I expected at least the same level of customer service I received before signing the paperwork. Instead, the communication felt cold and transactional, almost as if once the sale was complete, I no longer mattered. Customer service isn't just about getting someone to buy a car—it's about how you treat them afterward. A small gesture or even a willingness to try would have gone a long way. Instead, I was left feeling like my business was only valuable until the commission was earned. More
