Dropped the car off the day before. Took all day to get it back for an oil change. Went in for this oil change after being told in September that it wouldn't be free due to Mileage then Took all day to get it back for an oil change. Went in for this oil change after being told in September that it wouldn't be free due to Mileage then told at this one that it might not be free. 2025 Tucson Hybrid bought in November 2025 told 2 years of free maintenance. Car has damage to the driver side back light and bumper. No mention of it on the Status report. Bought a Sonata in 2013 maintenance department has gone from outstanding to borderline awful. Stinks cause I think my wife would love a Genesis but wouldn't want to buy one here due to this. More
