To start off I have bought 2 vehicles from your dealership (a legacy buyer with 2 daughter's who will be needing cars in the future). My car left me stranded and I had to have it towed to your deal dealership (a legacy buyer with 2 daughter's who will be needing cars in the future). My car left me stranded and I had to have it towed to your dealership where it sat for almost a month before it could even be looked at. I was told there was a lot of vehicles like mine getting engine changes. I have high miles and instead of offering to replace engine like others, I was given a lengthy list of issues and an estimate of $4600 dollars to repair it. When I asked if the dealership would buy it, I was offered $200-$300 for it. I didn't feel like anyone at the dealership gave a crap about my issue. Had the dealership changed motor like they were on others and made it right, I'd have been a life long customer. I bought a Toyota instead. BTW I have been telling (and will continue to) everyone I meet driving these cars they should sell them before they break. That they are not good cars and should get out of them before their investment leaves them with nothing. I show them a picture of my invoice as proof. So as far as rating my experience I guess less than 1. Also I'm not bitter, just very disappointed and concerned others will find themselves in the same place I did. Kind regards Phil More

Not impressed with the service department. It took several phone calls and I had to wait 6 weeks to schedule an oil change. I've left several voicemails and my calls have not been returned. I was quoted $99.00 for an oil change and $49.00 for tire rotation. Went to the cashier to pay and my bill is $192.00. Service advisors were all busy so I paid and left. I left a telephone message 2 days ago - no response. I love the car (Genesis GV70) but I'm not sure about purchasing a new one with the customer (no) service. More
