Poor Getting a Live person to talk to was nearly impossible. Ai is Awful. I called 3 separate days and could not get someone to pick up the phone. Dropped off my vehicle at 8:00 am to get minor work done. I was called at 5:45 pm and told the car wasn't ready, but would be done the next day at 8:30 am. Had to be somewhere at 9:30. Vehicle was ready at 9:25. Your customer service is terrible. More

I have a genesis. I was promised with purchase that they would come and pick up my vehicle, take it to service and bring back. Every time I mention this it is a strugg I was promised with purchase that they would come and pick up my vehicle, take it to service and bring back. Every time I mention this it is a struggle to get them to agree to do this. Many times they are unaware what I am talking about. Additionally they do not want to do services on my genesis that’s included in my package. For a luxury car service I should not have to fight and argue to get these things taken care of. More

I am very happy with my Genesis having brand switched from BMW. The service, however, has made me rethink another dealership. Poor communication and mixed communication not stating the correct information. The communication was not good. I had to constantly follow up when they would tell me they would call me back.
