I had to bring my car back to the dealer twice for the same problem. The 1st was the day after my purchase for a flashing check engine light. They had the car for 6 days, changed the spark plugs & said same problem. The 1st was the day after my purchase for a flashing check engine light. They had the car for 6 days, changed the spark plugs & said to bring it back after 1000 miles to do an oil consumption test. When I got home I found the paper mat they use for floor protection stuffed under the seat. I got to the 1000 miles & the flashing engine light came on again. They had the car for 3 & 1/2 weeks. They would not communicate with me with any information in what they were doing with the car. I had to get the GM of the dealership to intervene, after which i got 1 text saying there were no updates but I had no information to update. The Gm then got someone to send me a bulletin that pertained to the possible problem, but still no other communication from the. Finally,after the 3rd request from the GM, the car was Miraculously fixed the next day. According to the bulletin, the job would pay a tech for 7 hours. I got no explanation at all as to why it was there for 3 1/2 weeks. If not for the GM they might still have it. This was,a very stressful experience to say the least. This service department needs some serious work on their customer service & communication skills. Oh and they had my car for 29 days out of my 3 month warantee to boot. More
