My appointment was for 10:00 at 12:00 I was told ( when I had to ask) it would be 2 more hours and I could get ride home and a ride back at 2:00. I accepted the ride. At 3:00 I still hadn’t heard so I called and had a robot tell me someone would call. Nothing… after many calls later I got my own ride back to the dealership hoping my car would be ready. Calls to the service manager and Nikki remained unreturned. When I got to the dealership the service manager was on his computer… not calling me back. Nikki was nowhere to be found. Sky was there and she volunteered to help me find out about my car. I found it in the lot by the doorway while she went to find it in the shop. She was glad I found it… I signed the paperwork and left. I never got the results of the car wash and multi point inspection which I had a coupon for. Car didn’t look washed etc. So I am disappointed with this service especially since the dealership requested the appointment for the smog control software update. The car has a new glitch when I first start out driving which is a stutter in the accelerator which I didn’t have before. So I am very disappointed with this service and because so many people were upset in the waiting room when I returned at 3:00 to get my car I am guessing the service department and the manager are just unreliable. More

I have had good experiences with this dealership. My main complaint is how long it takes to get an appointment when I call in. No call when the car was completed. Brought my car in on Thursday morning. Was over a holiday weekend and no way to get my car back till Monday had to ask to have it washed before pick Brought my car in on Thursday morning. Found the door handle with a gouge out of it, something pink smeared on the headliner and oil drips on the hood of the car. The car was left unlocked over the weekend. Called several times on Thursday afternoon around 4 with no one answering and no way to leave a message. The phone just rang. Had to call Monday to get any update. Not much of an apology but said they would replace the handle. No one has contacted us about that repair yet. More

I called them for three weeks straight trying to reach somebody to see if the extra two grand package protection deal I bought with the car covered any of that I never heard back from anybody for over three weeks so I gave up bought the parts myself and had them replaced myself out of my own pocket a week into buying a $25,000 car I will not recommend u guys because u guys are terrible about getting ahold of when problems arise More
