Miss Murphy at the service counter was very good and kept me up on why my oil change was taking so long. I had a 3: 00 appointment but I didn't get out until 5: 30. She said there was a lot of drop offs that me up on why my oil change was taking so long. I had a 3: 00 appointment but I didn't get out until 5: 30. I hope next time I don't have to wait that long for just an oil change that was very disappointing. but all the service people were very respectful and nice during all this time that I waited.
