2 fair, there was a lack of communication, I was there for three hours for an oil change and tire rotation. After three hours I was told that they were doing a recall fix on my front camera and that is wh for three hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Everyone we worked with was very accommodating, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Our salesman, Ben Jackson was extremely solisitous and helpful, taking his time to explain any questions we had. Front and rear differential service recommended on 23 genesis gv 70. Had rear done week previous, asked to have front done following week. Left car for service all day, picked up to find service on front genesis gv 70. Had rear done week previous, asked to have front done following week. Left car for service all day, picked up to find service on front differential not complete. Why? "Because it's not serviceable." Thats right, the manufacturer recommendeds service on a component thats not serviceable. Must be why they offered to take my car for the day to perform that service. Nonsense, and only one example of the total nonsense I've experienced at this location. More
