I came in knowing which car I wanted to buy, and was able to spend my time test driving it and Nate went over all of the features in the car with me. Terrible service. No updates, no acknowledgment that they received the car after the tow, no return calls asking on the status. Driving there in person to find out what happened to my car to be told. Oh it’s a part. We think that is on backorder. Then told oops mistake. It’s your battery two weeks to hear. It’s your battery. Then I come down to get my car. There’s no Porter to pull it out and have it warmed and ready to go since I came down during the frigid cold last week. I was told here your keys go start your car cleaned it off. You’re on your way. After I spent $400 for a battery because I was one month late on the expiration of the warranty, which really should’ve been only two weeks late since you had my car for two weeks and didn’t tell me it was my battery More
