Service area needs more help I had to wait then had to wait again until Emily got someone to check to see if I can use my Costco discount. Originally when I called regarding using the discount from Costco no one was familiar with it telling me I could only use it if I purchased my car thru the Costco new car program. Also your service manager when asked why my service was not covered under the 100000 warranty service told me that most people buy the extended warranty. So your warranty does not mean much if u have to buy an extended warranty on a new car Most likely after buying 3 sante fe s this last purchase will most likely be our last. Kudos to Emily she works very hard to accommodate customers More

When my car was delivered, it was dirty and the issues the salesman and I spoke about were not resolved. There was mud in all four wheel wells, dried mud in the trunk, candy and candy wrappers in between the salesman and I spoke about were not resolved. There was mud in all four wheel wells, dried mud in the trunk, candy and candy wrappers in between the seats, some gooey substance in the cup holders and two stains on the passenger’s seat. These issues should have been taken care of before delivery but we’re not. I contacted my salesman and explained the problems but he never proposed a solution nor did I even receive an apology. Needless to say, I would never deal with Crestmont and I would never recommend them to anyone. More
