Crestmont had the specific vehicle I was trying to find. I inquired about it and received a call the following day from Joe Pisano. We set up a meeting. Once I sat down with the finance woman, I believe her name was Megan, the experience got better. She was very informative, explained everything, and answered all my questions. I’ve honestly never dealt with a finance person that pleasant! I had to wait until the next day to pick up my vehicle which wasn’t a big deal. Joe told me it was ready so I stopped up. I’m not sure if he was busy with someone else but he asked for my keys and said the new vehicle was parked out front, that was it. I would’ve appreciated a walkthrough of some features though and no offer to take off my old plates but I was prepared to do that myself. Also, the car was washed but not detailed. Overall, the experience was ok. I gave 5 stars because of my experience with the finance woman. Joe was good too, but the little things go a long way, even to someone younger like myself. I would probably stop up there again to buy another vehicle. More

Always have great service here. Emily is always great, friendly and informative and the techs do good work! Had an incident with one of tires, had a leak due to nail. I had rodent damage to wiring harness, smart trunk didnt work, needed 2 tires and oil change. Over 30 days later and $2800 later, tires were not put on, balanced or aligned nor did trunk work after antenna work, needed 2 tires and oil change. Over 30 days later and $2800 later, tires were not put on, balanced or aligned nor did trunk work after antenna replacement. They didnt test drive the car with tires nor test the trunk. Also add $825 in rental car fees for 2 weeks until they gave me a loaner. Incompetent at best! More
