When starting my car every light and warning was displayed on the dash. I had the car towed to Crestmont for service. There were no precautions taken for Covid spread, guy at the desk had a noticeable cough and proceeded to get into the car. No mask, no gloves, and no signs it had been cleaned / disinfected afterwards (ins the desk had a noticeable cough and proceeded to get into the car. Car wash was useless, they only partially washed it and left spots all over the car. I would have rather they had done nothing. Normally we have good experiences with Crestmont, but I don’t think they are taking enough precautions given the current state. More
