She had a wonderful experience and always brought her car there for service which is a 30 min. drive from ou My wife purchased her car there in 2016. She had a wonderful experience and always brought her car there for service which is a 30 min. drive from our home. It is worth it to note there is another Hyundai dealer 10 mins. from our house. We were in need of a car due to an accident. Kate was great. She was patient, friendly and accommodating. Tabatha was less than accommodating. During the negotiation process, Tabatha would not reveal the interest rate she was offering when my wife asked. When my wife communicated that she was getting aggravated with the process, Tabatha went so far to say to my wife "well you are the one who is trying to negotiate the price." Isn't that what most people do when they are purchasing car? While I appreciate the "no haggle pricing" concept, no consideration whatsoever was given that we were a return customer who also had their vehicle service done at the dealership for the past 3 years. My wife's experience with the service department has always been pleasant. However, due to this purchase experience, we see no need to drive 30 minutes for service on our cars. More
