Kate and Alejandro both responded promptly. Alejandro even sent me a video of the car without me having to ask. That says a lot when I had to ask a lot for other dealers to do this. Alejandro helped find me a better interest rate than my local credit union which I thought was impossible. Kate helped me with all the papers. The car was clean and waiting for me. Papers were ready to sign when I got there so took about an hour. They had competitive prices and offered competitive trades. Thank you. More

While completing my repair there was a snag and I needed a new caliper. It was covered under the extended warranty that I purchased when I bought my car there 9 years ago.
