Straightforward and Trustworthy I was pre-approved for financing through Capital One, and had the chance to preview this 2015 Hyundai Sonata. When I called in to check the availabil I was pre-approved for financing through Capital One, and had the chance to preview this 2015 Hyundai Sonata. When I called in to check the availability, Justin Jankovic answered the phone and set an appointment to test drive and see it firsthand. Once I arrived at the dealership, the staff was welcoming and offered me a bottle of water while Justin was clearing off the snow and warming it up before we drove. The drive went well, Justin explained the next steps and called me when the vehicle was finished with service and detailing (this one was a fresh arrival and he made it work). Together, Justin and their finance team, closed out by the Lovely Megan Mullins, got the vehicle for a fair price. Megan was friendly and knowledgeable and made the bill of sale and additional service plans easy to navigate. I felt honored and respected during the process and when I left to drive off with my new car, Justin and Megan made sure everything was good to go! As a side note, I don’t usually give bonus points for sales/finance teams giving treats, but Justin was very kind to offer my grandma and I a complimentary chocolate while we finished up the sale. Definitely a great dealership to go to if you are looking for a straightforward approach without all the usual drama and headaches associated with car shopping.
