Won us over withno pressure Mike was great to work with. If there was high pressure at this dealership, we would have walkedout the dorr immediaely. We were in a situation that wewere not in a hurry and could take our timefinding a car. Mike understood this and worked with us back and forth for over 2 weeks. In that time we were able to come to an agreement and vehicle / options / price and all went smoothly. Mike worked with management to find us the exact care we wanted, secured it and delivered it. Fair experience We liked the features on the 2016 Elantra GT hatchback however it was unavailable at the time.
