I came in to Cresmont not knowing what I wanted and not intending to buy that day, but Jay helped me find the exact car I needed, with all the features I wanted, and suggested I take advantage of the finan intending to buy that day, but Jay helped me find the exact car I needed, with all the features I wanted, and suggested I take advantage of the financing deal offered at the time. I rate this dealership with 5 stars across the board because they have earned every one of them. Catherine Ulan was very thorough and knowledgeable. She was as sweet as can be. I never thought that I would see that in a car salesperson. She found me exactly what I wanted and made me feel like I was her only customer. Just a great place all around. Everybody I interacted with was an absolute pleasure. Blew my mind. Thank you again. I will recommend your dealership to everyone that I know. Thanks again. ~Phil More

The salesman gave me a story about a new trade that was coming in. "Low mileage Elantra, come back in when it is back from the shop." Quoted a reasonable price. When I returned to see it, it turned out to coming in. "Low mileage Elantra, come back in when it is back from the shop." Quoted a reasonable price. When I returned to see it, it turned out to be a little Accent. Not at all the quality of car stated earlier. Disappointed family. I went on to look at a bigger XG350. Nice looking car, all cleaned and polished. After they showed me some papers telling me how much they had done to it, and after negotiating a bit, having them tell me how much they were going to lose by selling it to me for the price Edmunds says is the average dealer retail price for that vehicle, with that mileage, in excellent condition, I agreed to get it if it passed my mechanics inspection. Enter the lovely sales manager Mark Embly who proceeded to lectured me on how it was in great condition, and didn't need an inspection, and that I better not take it to my trusted mechanic only to return and tell him that I wanted a better price. He was totally pushy and pompous, to the point where my young daughter commented on his rude behavior later. I supposedly had to agree to buy it if I took it out for the inspection. Also, they asked for a deposit. The next day when I came back to take the car for my mechanics "blessing" as Mr. Embly called it, I found that they had cleared the check engine light that had been on the day before, and wiped all traces of it off the computer so that it could not be checked. My mechanic found thousands of dollars of other items that would need to be repaired or replaced, and also a very expensive list of required maintenance items that had not been done ($600 timing belt, etc.). All this and still an unexplained check engine light that could not be diagnosed anymore. Needless to say I walked away, time wasted. Mr Embly would not even come over to talk with me when I returned to tell him the results of the inspection. Clearly he had been caught and would just wait it out until a sucker walked in and would be bullied into not having the car looked at by an independent party. I would avoid the used car experience from them at all costs. It was clear in the end that I was being lied to consistently throughout the whole process. Throw in a little attempted bullying by the sales manager, and you have a wonderful Crestmont experience (not). More

He spent alot of time with me showing me in great detail everything that I needed for a comfortable, dependable new ride. I was nervous as a female who was a little bit afraid of being taken advantage of but Jay made it a very smooth process and I walked away very happy with the whole experience.
