I'm so sorry! Debit cards do not charge a fee only credit cards. It's not us that charges the fee it's the credit card company that we use. I've been seeing that at most businesses that I go to. Seems to have just started in the past year.

I'm sorry that you had to deal with this repair. The active grill shutter is something that can be damaged without you even realizing it. Unfortunately, in our area, even rock salt or road debris could break it, and then the warranty won't cover it. I understand your frustration with labor costs. The sad truth is that they have gone up in recent years for a variety of reasons. We are in line with market standards for labor rates. Again, Bev I am sorry that you had this happen to you.
