Was sold a car that needs the brakes replaced. I reported the issue the day I got the car and was driving it home. I put a $10,000 down payment on the car so I didn't have the money to buy brake parts nor should I of had to. I returned to the dealership under the impression they we're going to do what was right and replace my brakes at no cost to me. I discovered after I had my 2021 Sonata for a few months that there were sc I bought my car from, Hyundai of Bedford, would not even discuss with me. I discovered after I had my 2021 Sonata for a few months that there were screws missing in the right front inner wheel well. After Bedford did not replace the screws when I brought it in for an oil change, I discovered it was because there were no holes in the fender for the screws. Then I noticed the fender well was the wrong one for the car. Over six months, I made four trips and several phone calls with no response. With no response, I contacted Hyundai. They agreed the wheel well was wrong and should be replaced I went to Crestmont and they agreed it was wrong and ordered the new wheel well and installed it within too weeks with no issues. More
