Usually a great place but this last visit was a series of errors. They put regular oil in when it specifically said synthetic oil only. I had to go back to get it fixed & they tried to charge me for another errors. They put regular oil in when it specifically said synthetic oil only. I got that fixed & when I got home I discovered they didn’t replace the little sticker telling me when next oil change is due. I hope this was just a bad couple of days & that they’ll get back to the great service they used to have. More

2nd visit, both a disaster. Arrived at 245 with an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Took over 2 hours. It's obvious the one sometimes 2 people working were overwhelmed. I did notice plen appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Took over 2 hours. It's obvious the one sometimes 2 people working were overwhelmed. I did notice plenty of sales people working to sell the cars? Funny, but nobody to service them. Let me know how that works out. I will try to avoid this dealership in the future. Not an employee problem, management problem. They can only do so much. More

Repair was done well, communication was marginal at best. I understand parts delays and slowdowns but telling a customer 4 days to get parts and waiting 4 weeks with no communication is not a good thing.
