Crestmont Hyundai - Service Center

They diagnosed a check engine light. Had the repair done and within 1 mile the light came back on. It tells me they never even test drove it. I take it back and now say it’s a different code. Then at the end they charge me for the diagnostic test anyway. I don’t understand how it’s the customers fault when they can’t even get the diagnosis right, but still charge me for their incompetence. Seems like Hyuandai has problems company wide. More

I went into the shop for oil change. Asked them to look at a noise and wanted to charge me 100 bucks extra. Never have done that before I declined that.
