They don’t utilize the owner experience portal which results in not receiving exclusive benefits, services and vehicle information. Simple benefits like unlimited car washes no longer exist. Scheduling vehicle is challenging and at times they cancel appointments last minute due to not having a loaner car. Seems there is not systems in place to manage this process. The computers are not connected to the necessary Genesis databases which make scheduling service and scheduled maintenance a much longer process than it needs to be. I never look forward to my up coming scheduled maintenance because it is always a hassle. More
