As a whole, my departing experience was on a much better note after someone btwn service and sales dropped the ball. Emily went above and beyond. At 40,000 miles I came to dealership with my car appointment and wanted to keep the car overnight .I needed away home I was 30 miles from home and nothing was done and said they would call me .5000 appointment and wanted to keep the car overnight .I needed away home I was 30 miles from home and nothing was done and said they would call me .5000 miles later I came to dealership and told her my warranty was expiring, and said I would bring it in to make sure warranty didn't expirer. I came in and was there till 3:30 and said couldn't find problems with some of the things I complaining about. So I experienced car motor would stop running Many times, I spoke with service manager and made a appointment for 5 days later and the service manager told me ,the radio DVD was found to have a problem and was told , Hyundai radios were defective like that. The a/c and heater separate switch over ,was found to have a problem that would allow the a/c to blow normal but the heat side was restricted and service manager told me this was also a Hyundai defect , and I told him it wasn't restricted when it was new. The car was test driven and found it would stall and was told they didn't know why, and he would check to see if he could find out what is wrong and get back to me and never did a never any paperwork of what was found wrong and now 48 miles to 50,000 warranty expired. More
