We brought the car in because it was making a noise like a flat tire. The mechanics did something with the brake rotary and charged us $360 and said it was fixed. We got a quote to bring a car in for tires in March but now I’m wondering if we should. More
My issue wasn’t diagnosed correctly the first time it went in. I took it back and they had to order a part. I was told it was safe to drive. Several days later it completely broke down and I had to have it towed. I came to find out the part was in but no one called to schedule me. I wasn’t called to verify my car arrived by tow. When they called to advise the car was done, they forgot to do a different service I requested. I ended up paying for the tow, and twice for the repairs that were misdiagnosed. Also, if the problem had been diagnosed the first time, my extended warranty would have paid for it. It went out of warranty by the time it was properly diagnosed. More
Overall it is a good dealership, but we mostly come to this dealership because of Emily in the service department. She is absolutely amazing at her job. I visited the dealership for service on my leased vehicle, while I was there I inquired about lease end options; purchase vs. Lease. I was given some price quotes for both options that I could not af vehicle, while I was there I inquired about lease end options; purchase vs. Lease. I was given some price quotes for both options that I could not afford. I was able to secure my own financing to purchase my lease within 2 days that was budget friendly. I let my sales contact know the same day and scheduled an appointment to sign the paperwork that was provided to the dealer by my bank. The day of the appointment I was at the dealership longer than when I originally leased my vehicle even though everything was completed the day before. I should have been there 10 minutes. I was there almost 2 hours with the sales manager telling me what a terrible mistake I made not using them for financing and that my bank was lying to me about my warranty, I'm almost 50 years old and am not new to this process, I was talked down to like I didn't know what I was doing. I found this very unprofessional. I won't be returning to this dealer for another vehicle. The service department was excellent, and Justin went out of his way to get my car washed while I waited. More

Very pleasant knowledgeable and professional, done as promised ,on time, and as quoted price. Given the current virus. It would be nice for more of a isolation in the waiting areas.
