A bit disappointing The service center was ok, but I don’t know if the reason the problem could not be solved was due to the people at the service center OR the car itsel The service center was ok, but I don’t know if the reason the problem could not be solved was due to the people at the service center OR the car itself. There is a short somewhere and they could not diagnose it without pulling apart the dash board and I was NOT going to pay over 200.00 for them to do that! So I don’t know whose fault it is.... the people or the cars! More

Engine replacement, rental car went smoothly with no issues. Crestmont took care of my engine replacement, explained in detail what was going to happen and put me in a rental car. When I asked him if the 2020 cars were out yet, he took me to the showroom and discussed them with me. I frequently bring my car in for a car wash and the Customer Service staff are always very polite. I consider the free car wash a bonus selling feature that most other dealerships don't offer. I tell all my friends about it and send them to Crestmont when they're car shopping. More
