I bought a new car and had issues at 125 miles. I brought it in and was told it was a glitch and to bring it back if it happened again (check engine light). Showed up for service and was asked if we’d ordered the parts. That’s your job. Drove all the way out there with the expectation of service only to be told to come back when the parts come in. If you want a dealer that doesn’t answer the phone, return your calls or actually fix your car, this is the place for you! Had my Genesis GV70 towed there for warranty work when 56 different error l return your calls or actually fix your car, this is the place for you! Had my Genesis GV70 towed there for warranty work when 56 different error lights went off and the windows, doors and then signals stopped working and it wasn’t safe to drive. Crestmont left it outside for more than a week with the windows down before they even looked at it, despite me calling every day for an update. After 20 days of driving a rental (because I wasn’t given a loaner) they couldn’t figure out the problem and didn’t fix anything. Which made Genesis try to stick me with a $1800 rental bill because they only cover the cost of a rental if warranty repairs are made. More
