Rude in person and over the phone. The two times I have gone, their face to face presence is terrible. They stay on the phone and make you wait for a long period of time. After my car was complete, and cashed out, I had to wait a minimum of 15 min while they 'found' my car instead of having it ready. Car still is not fixed bc they had to order my parts for a horn after over a week. Will never buy Hyundai again. More
It took 10 months to repair parts that were broken during service to replace license plate bulbs. Service lady at desk was rude , had face on personal cell phone as I waited for acknowledgement I was there .
