Horrible horrible customer service! Was told my vehicle would be ready two days prior to my rental car contract being up. I called four days in a row to find out if it was ready and did Was told my vehicle would be ready two days prior to my rental car contract being up. I called four days in a row to find out if it was ready and did not receive a call back. I had to take the day off to go in to extend my rental car and go to the dealership to find out the status of my vehicle. The person I was dealing with was very smug and said he was busy and couldn’t return my call. I had to pay four days of rental car because he didn’t keep his promise that it would be done days prior to the contract being up. I know I will never use that dealership again for anything! More
