Experience started rocky. There was little communication initialed by the service representative at the first two-three weeks of diagnosis/part availability. (Vehicle was towed to the dealership without have face-to-face exchange with service representative.) After discussion with service manager, communication improved. This was the only reason for my rating. As a luxury dealership, I expect all communication to be proactive, and more than the customer anticipates. A highlight: I thank you for waiting 15 minutes for my arrival past the closing time. This speaks of going beyond customer expectations and strengthens the Cadillac brand. (Service was under warrantee, with part availability delays not controlled by dealership.) More
