Came in to look at a used vehicle on a friday, which was an hour drive. Wanted to purchase after the test drive. After an hour or so, I was told they couldnt sell because they didnt have the title. But I co an hour drive. Wanted to purchase after the test drive. After an hour or so, I was told they couldnt sell because they didnt have the title. But I could come back Monday. I left a large deposit. Called Monday, twice. Told Tuesday would be the latest. Called Tuesday, twice. And once Wednesday. After calling the manager to get my deposit back, the title arrived and I did in fact get the car. But never one time did the salesman or managers ever call me with an update. I paid for and insured a car on Friday to purchase and was left wondering if I even would ever be able to purchase the car. I understand it could happen and its outside their control. But never once was I feeling like I was getting anything but "average" service. So 3/5 stars. And maybe try a different Cadillac Dealership first! More
