There were nice employees there that greeted and treated me with respect. Was going to trade my vehicle in, but they definitely tried lowballing me for the offer in especially I did new brakes, rotors, cali me with respect. I did not like how the sales person was rushing me. When I went to the bank, I was being texted asking about the insurance. Then coming back, while we were getting insurance after hours, the sales guy was pestering more and more each minute asking how the insurance was coming. Then comes out and says he has our insurance on the phone while my mother was on the phone with the insurance. I do not appreciate that because having something potentially mixing policies calling 2 different people. I will never go again. Especially trying to make a deal with getting a ceramic coating after all those scratches and dents. Dents were removed, but you could see little scratches. I’m happy with the vehicle, but me spending 30+ on a vehicle, I expect no rush, a good quality service, and feel welcomed by the sales person. And not being told because it’s a used vehicle, there’s to be expected of scratches. It’s a $30,000 vehicle. There should be barely any scratches. Now I am going to have to pay for $1,700 for ceramic coating due to scratches. If the sales person was pestery, gave respect, didn’t rush, made me feel welcomed, and not about the money, then this definitely would of been a 4 star. And I would not be as picky. I will make sure others know about my experience. Only reason why I got it also is this is a rare colour, and this colour is what I always wanted. Barely can find it anywhere. Financial guy was nice. No problem with him. More
