I will not deal with Ron Farmer anymore after he called me "snotty." I took my car in for service on Thursday, January 9, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. for a scheduled appointment because the indicator light came o me "snotty." I took my car in for service on Thursday, January 9, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. for a scheduled appointment because the indicator light came on for the tire sensor. A guy with a little handheld gizmo checked each tire and said one of the four tire sensors was bad. I waited while one was replaced that day and paid $100. But the next day, the tire sensor indicator was on again. When I called to say the indicator was still on, I suggested maybe they replaced the wrong sensor, and that's when Ron called me "snotty." I was not being snotty; I was trying to troubleshoot with him. I told him my husband would bring the car back because I did not like how Ron talked to me. Ron would not give me a time or date for my husband to bring the car in. He said "whenever" but not in a carte blanche fashion - he was refusing to give us an appointment. A few days later my husband took the car in and it got fixed, but nobody ever explained what was wrong. I still think the service department replaced the wrong sensor the first time around. More
