Called 8 times over 6 days. Never received a call back. Terrible customer service. Ron is the worst customer service rep I have ever dealt with. I was told multiple times. Not once did I get a call, even after calling multiple times in one day. I don’t think just asking if I needed to get a rental car was too much. Instead of getting an answer, I was without a vehicle for 2 days. Finally I just decided to rent one. Communication is the key to customer service and I received none. More

Kept my car for nearly a month to not fix issue and say they never even heard the squealing brakes. Horrible horrible customer service! Was told my vehicle would be ready two days prior to my rental car contract being up. I called four days in a row to find out if it was ready and did Was told my vehicle would be ready two days prior to my rental car contract being up. I called four days in a row to find out if it was ready and did not receive a call back. I had to take the day off to go in to extend my rental car and go to the dealership to find out the status of my vehicle. The person I was dealing with was very smug and said he was busy and couldn’t return my call. I had to pay four days of rental car because he didn’t keep his promise that it would be done days prior to the contract being up. I know I will never use that dealership again for anything! More
