I had a service appointment for 8:15 am on a Friday. On my way to the appointment, I received a call just before 8:00 am and was informed that on Fridays they do not do any diagnosing of problems. I decided to continue to the dealership because I needed an oil change. I arrive at least 10 to 12 minutes early. It's my first visit to any BMW service center. I park and try to figure out what to do. I exit my car and walk towards the door labeled service reception. I walked in and asked what I needed to do and was informed to go wait by my car and someone would check me in. Only one very busy gentleman seemed to be working to check people in. He was hustling. Finally, a young man asked if he could move my car forward. He did and then checked me in (paperwork says 8:06 am) and then moved my car forward again. Meanwhile, I see people arriving after me who have someone talking to them about their service. When my appointment time arrived (8:15 am) and no one had still talked to me, I took the cone off my car and was getting in my car. At that point, a gentleman in a suit asked if I was leaving and I said yes. I had been there at least 10 minutes and no one had talked to me and other people were being assisted. He did try to offer valet service or anything else but I was not interested. While I was driving away, the person who was supposed to help me called me and asked me is I had left. When I confirmed that I had left, he tried to explain he was attempting to find someone to go on a ride along so they could try to diagnose the symptoms I had reported. Unfortunately, I was not interested in returning. He could had informed me while I was waiting outside instead of leaving me hanging. Not a good first impression. I hope the dealer who is closer to my home address has a better system of checking people in and communicating with them. More

After waiting 6 months for a 1X 5 custom car we ordered, didn’t get the car we had ordered. Was told by the salesperson that since there was a parts shortage BMW hadn’t informed the dealership and just sent didn’t get the car we had ordered. Was told by the salesperson that since there was a parts shortage BMW hadn’t informed the dealership and just sent them this car. Can’t believe a company like BMW would be so unprofessional. . Don’t know if this is true or not since I would think if there is a parts shortage, BMW wouldn’t take custom orders or inform the dealership at the very least. Not expected from a high end car/ dealership . More
